When the galleries are closed and between our exhibition seasons our unique buildings are available for hire.

The reception area acts as a hub for the building and contains a licensed Café/Bar and artists bookshop. Wireless internet access is available throughout the building.

The Coach Shed: Until recently this warehouse was used as a garage for coaches, which gives some idea of its size. It now offers a large versatile space with wood clad walls, a concrete floor and two mezzanine floors. This is highly adaptable space, which can be used for a multitude of events.

The Furnace: This large ground floor space used to be where metal was melted for the blade factory next door. It still contains the furnace and industrial winches from its past life as well as the manager’s office. This is a truly unique industrial space full of natural light and original brickwork.

The Blade Factory: The Blade Factory offers a series of open plan spaces on the ground floor and first floor. These smaller spaces are ideal for events requiring different areas or more intimate events.

The buildings have been used for conferences, parties, gigs, performances, meetings, dinners and a number of photo shoots and adverts including a recent Hollyoaks promo.
